This is the second in a series co-created by my guides and me. It paves the way for optimizing yourself for channeling your own guides and team.
In this seven-minute hypnosis session, you will be guided to install a template into your physical body as a map to match in order to keep yourself in a state of optimal health and fitness, both physically and mentally.
This session assumes the listener is adept at getting “in state” and does not include an “induction” or relaxation technique at the beginning. If needed, simply meditate or practice contracting and relaxing each muscle or muscle group in succession until you are in a state of deep relaxation before you begin the session.
